We currently manage apartments, offices, retail, and condominium/home association. The largest concentration of properties is in the Kansas City metropolitan area.
Our management team consists of professionals who are dedicated to providing the best possible service to our clients. We have a multifaceted staff representing every management-associated skill. Our staff possesses the following professional designations: CCIM, CPM, CAPS, CAM, brokers, leasing agents and property accounting professionals. They all come together to provide ownership with hundreds of years of experience.
The Orion Property Group’s hands-on, back to basics approach stabilizes and improves the performance of apartment properties, allowing us to manage all levels of an apartment property- suburban to urban, high-rise to garden style. Our apartment professionals provide a proven track record in supervising communities from 24 units to 950 units.
Our financial reporting will keep you totally informed of all important aspects of your investment. A detailed operating budget will be prepared in advance for your review and approval so you can anticipate your investments cash flow for the upcoming year. A complete financial package will be prepared monthly and sent to you. Our internet based accounting system will allow us to be timely reporting to you along with maintaining consistent control over all aspects of your investment from leasing to maintenance. Our monthly reporting will include a narrative regarding a discussion of the properties operations and marketing.
Detailed specs will be prepared for all needed capital improvements to ensure the scope of the work is clearly communicated. These spec sheets will be given to all service providers to ensure comparable bids are received. This will maximize the value for every dollar spent on improving your property.
On going training is big part of our success. Our managers go through monthly training from subjects dealing with fair housing to reducing turnover costs. Our executives are actively involved with Institute of Real Estate Management and the National Apartment Association so they stay current on all new trends affecting the industry.
