The Lamar Place Apartments are located in Mission, Kansas and is currently a Section 42 tax credit property. It consists of 108 units. This property is scheduled for a renovation and we plan on adding improvements that the resident will like. We welcome Laura and James to the Orion Property Group.

The Summit Point Apartments are located in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. It consists of 100 units and located in a great location off of Chipman Road and down the street from the new technology center and the brand new shopping center. We welcome the staff to the Orion Property Group.
